KC Recycling Re-Use Room

The Re-Use Room is open during KC Recycling business hours, from 30 minutes after we open until 30 minutes before we close.  It is filled with paints and stains in good condition collected from residents.  

Inventory is constantly changing, so stop in and check it out!  Occasionally we have other items in this room but everything in this room is always FREE.

Rules of the Re-Use Room:  

• Residents may take a maximum of 55 lbs. of paint, including up to 3 spray cans​ per household, per week.
• All paint, including spray paint, must be weighed. Do not weigh items that are NOT paint.
• Check-out form must be completed for all paint taken.
• There is NO MIXING of paints allowed in the room.
• No loitering in the Re-Use Room. Please keep visits to under 20 minutes.
