Free Shredding Event

The next shred event will be on June 24, 2026, from 8:00 am-11:00 am, the KC Recycling Depot. Located at 220 S. Union Street, Warsaw, the event will take place at the back of the building. Integra will be operating its paper shredding truck, and documents will be shredded on-site and then taken to be recycled.

Traffic will be one-way for the shredding, and cars waiting in line for shredding should allow cars to pass on the left to access the drop-off for other items. No paper will be accepted at the Warehouse entrance.

Please remain in your vehicle until it is your turn to unload your documents. For liability reasons, the KC Recycling Warehouse Technicians will not be able to enter the back seats of any vehicle to retrieve papers. Boxes placed in the trunk of the car or the bed of a truck can be removed by our technicians. Attendants will empty the documents into the bins ready for the shredder, and the boxes will be returned to the resident.

Once you are done, you will continue toward Harding St. to Market St. If you also have items to bring to our warehouse, you will be directed by the attendants.
There is no need to remove staples or paperclips, but heavy binder clips do need to be removed. Each resident can bring up to 5 boxes or bags to be shredded. This event is reserved for Kosciusko Residents only. Please be prepared to show proof of address.

This is the second of 4 shred events this year. Make sure you are checking our website or following us on Facebook or Instagram to learn of any new events in 2026.
